Job Description

Responsible for coordinating and managing client services to ensure individuals receive timely, appropriate, and effective support. This role works closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to assess needs, develop service plans, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with program guidelines. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. Excel, Microsoft, Adobe, and comfortable learning new programs.
